Achievements

Many of our students have received scholarships to study dance in L.A., New York, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Quinte Ballet School, and Cecchetti ballet seminars at Hope College. Two of our senior dancers have won the opportunity to join the Extreme Dance convention circuit as apprentice members for the 2008/2009 dance season.

Many of our dancers have gone on to dance in L.A., Europe, New York, on cruise ships, in movies, with Michael Flatley in River Dance, and with the Radio City Rockettes. Some of our alumni have opened very successful dance studios and others are teaching at various locations around the world.

Edmunds Towers School of Dance is the home of the Windsor Competitive Dance Company, under the direction of Dianne Edmunds and Donna Towers Bolohan. The Company has competed throughout Canada and the United States, bringing home numerous awards and scholarships that have led our dancers to national finals.

Our dancers perform at various venues, including several charitable events, throughout the year in Kent and Essex counties. We are pleased to have been able to share our dancers’ talents with Windsor Symphony Christmas Show, Crime Stoppers, Hospice, Tecumseh Cornfest, The World Peace Summit, Business Excellence Awards, A&W At the Hop, and Back to School at Devonshire Mall.
